The Sales Engineer (SE) position is a local geographic role responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, generating and converting projects for key target customers, and improving the project win rate. The role involves leading the project cycle and velocity, submitting monthly reports, pursuing sales leads, and visiting existing and new strategic customers with a focus on Total Customer Satisfaction and Sales Growth. The SE will build customer relationships and strategic partnerships, assess customer requests, recommend appropriate products and services, respond to complex inquiries, apply value-based pricing, support delivery times, quote new opportunities, and win sales orders. Additionally, the SE will develop short and long-term strategies to identify and contact prospective growth customers, provide market feedback, work with Segment Management and Marketing to increase brand awareness, and utilize C4C for business development communication.
