About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key technical partner for sales, bridging customer needs with innovative AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and guide them through pilots, integrations, and enterprise adoption. The position combines pre-sales strategy, solution design, and technical consultation, giving you the ability to directly impact customer success and business growth. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with market demands. Requirements

  • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar technical pre-sales roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, authentication models, and data integration patterns.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, pilots, and evaluations that influence deal success.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, capable of designing practical, scalable solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Customer-focused mindset, translating technical design into measurable business outcomes.
  • Comfortable navigating high-growth, fast-paced environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to design tailored technical solutions that meet client needs and business goals.
  • Lead pilot programs, defining scope, technical requirements, dependencies, and success criteria to drive adoption from trial to production.
  • Serve as a technical liaison, translating customer workflows into scalable integrations, API strategies, and data mappings with engineering and IT teams.
  • Capture technical requirements and edge cases from clients, feeding insights into product roadmap and architecture decisions.
  • Guide customers through enterprise-grade reviews, security evaluations, data governance, and compliance alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client teams, helping implement AI safety best practices, adoption strategies, and long-term expansion plans.
  • Collaborate across sales, product, and engineering to align execution plans and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
