About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Engineer to drive territory sales growth across Georgia and Alabama. This role combines technical sales, account management, and business development to support customers in industrial manufacturing and food & beverage processing environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering engineered solutions, fluid handling systems, and pump technologies that improve production performance, reduce downtime, and optimize processes.

Requirements

Experience in technical or industrial B2B sales
Knowledge of fluid handling or process equipment
Territory and account management experience
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
CRM experience (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce)
Ability to travel within Georgia & Alabama
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field

Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
Manage territory and execute a strategic sales plan.
Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, and operations leaders.
Deliver consultative technical sales and recommend solutions.
Identify and close new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Represent company at industry events.
