About The Position

What You’ll Do Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution walkthroughs for mission customers. Partner with sales and delivery teams to translate mission needs into solution concepts and technical plans. Support customer discovery sessions and document technical requirements and constraints. Build demo environments and prototype integrations to validate Torch.AI capabilities. Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly and align customer expectations to platform realities. Support proposal development by contributing technical language, architectures, and implementation concepts.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong technical fluency across cloud systems, APIs, and software architecture.
  • Ability to lead customer technical discussions and build trust with engineering stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DoD/IC programs or mission-focused customers.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML systems and data fusion workflows.
  • Active Secret/Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience with proposal writing and capture support.
