This role is specifically for someone based in the West Coast or Mountain region. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with the Sales team to understand prospect needs and deliver tailored Vantaca solutions. You will act as a liaison between clients and various internal teams, including sales, marketing, implementation, product, and engineering, to demonstrate Vantaca's value and solve client challenges.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with training and agile delivery on a SaaS product.
  • HOA/COA industry experience preferred; property management, real estate, or adjacent vertical experience accepted
  • Strong leadership presence, both verbal and written communication, and high capabilities to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter/self-motivated, with the agility to work alongside others to set goals that align with achieving key business objectives. Thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with all organizational levels and act as a change agent, remaining growth and transformation focused.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, prioritization skills, critical thinking, and detail oriented.
  • Passion for problem solving and assisting in the day to day needs of the business with a roll up your sleeves approach.
  • Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and introducing new ideas and concepts to help solve real life problems.
  • Effective project management skills. Including the ability to build the roadmap, set deadlines, motivate a team to meet timelines, and manage projects through to completion.
  • Highly skilled in the use of technology and computer software.
  • Well versed in Office365 to properly create & conduct presentations, word documents and perform data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AEs to deliver customized demos that address qualified prospect pain points, achieving 50%+ technical win rate
  • Create and maintain demo scripts, competitive battlecards, and technical FAQ documentation in Guru
  • Continuous support to the sales and solutions engineering teams to ensure exponential growth
  • Prepare and give engaging presentations to demonstrate to prospective clients how Vantaca can solve their business needs and help their business grow more efficiently.
  • Understand and interpret prospective customer requirements, delivering customized product demonstrations to match prospects needs.
  • Demo environment setup and maintenance.
  • Communicate with the sales team to understand prospect demands and offer sales support where necessary.
  • Travel to conferences and in-person meetings with the sales team when necessary.
  • Work with fellow solutions engineers to deliver best-in-class demonstrations and presentations to current and future clients and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality, practical application, sales methodology and processes for all Vantaca product offerings, allowing us to scale rapidly.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from prospective customers to influence the roadmap, collaborating with engineering and product management teams to meet and align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand upcoming enhancements to the software and impact on the client experience; develop updated materials and demo/present/train on new features and functionality.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams and business leaders to provide timely and thoughtful user feedback and insights on product management, marketing, and business leadership.
  • Stay on top of new product development, features and capabilities.
