About The Position

We are a well-funded, early-stage startup hiring our Founding Solutions Engineering team to help build and own our enterprise customer motion from the ground up. This role is perfect for a hands-on, technically curious partner who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys creating structure from scratch, and works closely with founders, Product, and R&D to deliver and scale complex, AI-driven enterprise solutions. You will lead the technical side of the customer journey, from early discovery and qualification through Proof of Value, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and deployment support, while helping define how our Solutions function evolves as we grow. We are looking for an Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer to join our go-to-market team and play a critical role in winning enterprise customers. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and R&D. You will work closely with prospects to deeply understand their workflows, design tailored solutions using our platform, and demonstrate clear business value through demos, POCs, and technical validation. You are not just supporting sales. You are shaping how customers understand what is possible with AI.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Presales roles
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Hands-on technical skills and ability to build demos or prototypes
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, or system architecture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications.
  • High adoption of modern AI tools and workflows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics.
  • Background in RPA, digital transformation consulting, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (TMS, ERP, CRM, accounting software, email tools).
  • Financial services industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand workflows, requirements, and success criteria
  • Translate business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Design and build tailored demos that reflect real customer workflows
  • Lead end-to-end POCs to validate solution fit and business value
  • Clearly communicate both technical architecture and expected outcomes
  • Own and respond to RFPs and RFIs
  • Support technical validation including architecture, integrations, and security discussions
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive deals forward and differentiate Reindeer
  • Work with R&D to ensure a clean handoff from presales to production
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback
  • Help build repeatable solution patterns and presales playbooks
