About The Position

We are searching for a Sales Engineer Trainee for future opportunities within our ESP division in the Permian market. As a recent college graduate, the Sales Engineer Trainee will complete a six-month training program, rotating through assignments in various functional areas of the business. The program will prepare the Trainee for successful entry into the Sales organization. Upon successful completion of the program, the Sales Engineer Trainee will be placed in one of the four core areas: Customer Engagement, Applications, Optimization, or Project Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Excellent customer relations service skills including the ability to explain and train
Problem Solving
Innovation
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade and collaborate
Negotiation skills
Organization and time management skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Complete a six-month training program, rotating through assignments in various functional areas of the business.
Prepare for successful entry into the Sales organization.
