Sales Engineer Trainee - Minneapolis Territory
About The Position
RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineering Trainee with a tremendous amount of energy, passion, and motivation. The company will provide an extensive, in-depth 6-month training program focusing on bearing products, applications, selling methods, and effective communication techniques to meet customer needs. The training program is located at the corporate headquarters in Oxford, Connecticut, with opportunities to visit several divisions throughout the United States. Upon successful completion of the training program, the trainee will be assigned a sales territory and home base, requiring approximately 50% travel within the territory. The role involves selling RBC Bearings' products directly to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and industrial distributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or Business.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Technical Sales Experience and sales training.
- Initiative driven by strong social and interpersonal skills to support external sales.
- Adaptability.
- Professional written and verbal communications skills.
- Time management.

- Strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
