Thomson Power Systems (TPS), a Regal Rexnord company, is seeking a highly driven Sales Engineer to lead growth within our Infrastructure vertical across the United States. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on expanding TPS’s presence in critical infrastructure markets by selling switchgear, automatic transfer switches (ATS), modular power solutions, and engineered-to-order power management systems. You will be responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy, building channel partnerships, and driving long-lead, high-value opportunities within sectors such as hospitals, healthcare networks, educational institutions, municipal facilities, water/wastewater plants, airports, and other public-sector environments. Supported by a streamlined internal structure including dedicated estimating, project management, and service teams you’ll be empowered to focus on what you do best: building relationships, winning business, and growing the TPS brand.
