The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations. You will have the unique opportunity to champion and shape the future of digital construction workflows, directly impacting how major MEP contractors execute massive, real-world projects. Acting as both a trusted advisor and technical expert, you will bridge the gap between customer reality and Trimble's development roadmap, driving long-term implementation success across the entire Trimble Construction One ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background and deep understanding of MEP construction workflows and technology.
  • Familiarity with Trimble's comprehensive MEP portfolio, including both software and hardware solutions.
  • Proven track record in customer success, project management, sales, or an equivalent customer-facing technical advisory role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to foster long-term relationships and synthesize complex needs into clear strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating shareable content and using digital tools to communicate the value of connected workflows.
  • Direct experience working within an AECO ecosystem or dealer channel network.

Responsibilities

  • Guide high-profile contractors and project teams through initial discovery to align their technical needs with advanced Trimble solutions.
  • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert to deploy project-based pilots and ensure long-term workflow implementation success.
  • Cultivate customer champions within the MEP sector by empowering end-users to effectively leverage integrated hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with account management, product development, and customer success teams to deliver a unified, seamless customer experience.
