About The Position

Huntress is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This role involves supporting the sales team by providing technical product expertise to potential customers. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for making strong technical first impressions of the product platform, detailing product capabilities, and offering guidance on improving customer security posture. The company is a fully remote, global team focused on breaking down cybersecurity barriers and protecting businesses with enterprise-grade, managed cybersecurity products.

Requirements

  • Bilingual and fluent in spoken and written Spanish, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to customers and partners.
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
  • Experience working with or within MSPs or with VARs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
  • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Experience building and implementing Security Programs
  • Familiarity with tools such as RMMs and PSAs
  • Familiarity with working with SIEM tools like Elastic, Splunk, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to help increase their security posture
  • Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs
  • Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to travel ~25% of the time to meet with customers
