About The Position

DXS, a subsidiary of HTS, are industry experts in variable refrigerant flow (VRF), air-source heat pumps (ASHPs), ventilation, and complementary systems for high efficiency and low carbon buildings. Our teams offer a full array of solutions to design and deliver climate solutions to meet the requirements of your new or existing built environment. We educate ourselves and the industry on the latest technologies and market trends. Our services cover the full spectrum of your HVAC needs from estimating to design to start-up and beyond with ongoing training and preventative maintenance. DXS is looking for individuals who have an extremely high technical aptitude and desire to learn and become an expert, a love for selling with grit and perseverance, an entrepreneurial drive and desire to succeed, bringing enthusiasm, passion, and energy to the table. They should enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, talking to others, building new relationships, and interacting with suppliers, customers, and coworkers. Proficiency with all basic MS software and the ability to learn new desktop and web-based software quickly are also desired.
