Sandvik Coromant is seeking a customer-focused, results-driven Sales Engineer to join their team in the Greater Syracuse, NY region. This role involves understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth within the machining industry. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for customer sales in the Greater Syracuse, NY and/or Northeastern PA (Lackawanna/Luzerne County) region. The qualified candidate will act as the go-to expert for customers, promoting and selling the full Coromant product and service offering, identifying new business opportunities, and growing market share. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions and consulting on CNC machining and tooling applications using technical expertise are key aspects of this position. The role also requires maintaining and optimizing the sales pipeline using CRM tools (MS Dynamics and Power BI) for accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up.
