As our first Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll be the architect of CodeRabbit’s enablement function — designing the playbooks, onboarding programs, tools, and processes that power our sales team’s success. You’ll work closely with sales leadership to make sure every rep is armed with the knowledge, resources, and confidence to win. This is a foundational, high-impact role with room to grow as we scale.
