About The Position

Drive customer engagement and adoption of Viking Electric’s digital solutions by serving as a strategic advocate and trainer. This role leads digital sales enablement through proactive outreach, in-person and virtual engagements, and internal training initiatives. By partnering across teams and leveraging data insights, you’ll enhance customer experience, optimize business workflows, and increase revenue through digital transformation. You will… Develop and execute digital sales strategies to increase revenue by integrating digital tools into customer systems, using data-driven strategies, and supporting ongoing engagement and training to drive adoption. Lead internal and external training on Viking Electric’s digital tools through webinars, branch visits, and follow-ups. Collaborate with IT to refine solutions and stay current with evolving tech. Showcase Viking Electric’s digital solutions at events, engage customers, and drive follow-up to uncover and act on new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • 1+ year of experience managing or supporting digital tools, eCommerce platforms, or CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of success in a commission-based or performance-driven sales environment.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • 1+ year of experience in event planning or participation in customer-facing promotional events.
  • Familiarity with digital sales strategies, customer engagement techniques, and sales cycle management.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Significant travel across assigned region required.
