The Sales Enablement Leader for Brink's North America is a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing the enablement vision, strategy, and operating cadence that accelerates revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Sales Enablement, this role leads a team of 2 direct reports and 1 indirect report, and partners with senior executives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive measurable improvements in seller productivity, win rates, and customer experience. This role owns governance for content, training, and tools, and ensures enablement programs deliver business impact through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
