About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Lead to support our U.S. Retail Lending business. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between product marketing and sales enablement, with a strong grasp of the U.S. banking system, fluent English communication, and the ability to create high-quality content that drives sales success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or related roles within the U.S. banking or fintech sector.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. retail lending, compliance, and commercial/consumer banking workflows.
  • Proven ability to train and enable sales teams, with a focus on practical application and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and a commitment to maintaining CRM hygiene and data quality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills—able to write and present with clarity, professionalism, and impact.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across departments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure Sales and Pre-Sales teams are confident in positioning and demonstrating our lending solutions.
  • Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning sessions focused on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
  • Promote Salesforce hygiene by reinforcing best practices and aligning messaging within CRM workflows.
  • Own the creation of compelling, accurate, and audience-specific content including product sheets, sales decks, website copy, and internal guides.
  • Translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging tailored to U.S. financial institutions.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all sales and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and updates.
  • Lead internal launch communications and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and equipped with the right materials.
  • Gather feedback from Sales and clients to refine messaging and inform product development.
  • Facilitate user groups and feedback loops to ensure our solutions meet market needs.
