Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with an eye for design and detail; experience with PowerPoint preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the creation of sales enablement materials, such as case studies and sales collateral.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify material for regional and/or industry targeting and to refine messaging.
  • Maintain and update the sales content repository, including fliers, new business and renewal proposals, case studies, pitch decks and agency snapshots.
  • Oversee sales event materials and giveaways, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Communicate to sales about materials via the sales intranet page and by presenting at sales meetings
  • Help enforce brand guidelines and promote uniformity and consistency of brand.
  • Such other duties or tasks to assist the department or organization as the supervisor may deem necessary.
