About This Role We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to help drive revenue growth by equipping our sales team with the tools, training, and insights they need to win. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, owning the programs that improve rep productivity, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or a quota-carrying sales role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and pipeline dynamics
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable training
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact (win rate, ramp time, ACV)
  • High ownership mentality—you move fast and execute

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver onboarding programs that ramp new reps quickly and effectively
  • Develop ongoing training to sharpen messaging, objection handling, and product knowledge
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure consistent, high-impact positioning
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, and enablement content
  • Analyze performance data to identify gaps and improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Support key initiatives like new product launches and go-to-market rollouts
