About The Position

Pigment is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead enablement strategy and execution for its North American Sales organization. This role is crucial for enhancing seller performance, improving deal quality, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and RevOps to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement programs that boost sales team effectiveness throughout the sales cycle. The focus is on in-role enablement, encompassing training, coaching, sales methodology, and field readiness, rather than onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or a related GTM role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and methodologies (e.g., Command of The Message, Challenger Sale, sales Playbooks, MEDDICC, etc.)
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable enablement programs that impact revenue performance

Responsibilities

  • Own NAMER Enablement Strategy
  • Define and execute enablement priorities aligned to regional sales goals and pipeline targets
  • Build & Scale Programs
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs across discovery (Command of The Message), MEDDICC, deal strategy, and executive communication
  • Improve Deal Execution
  • Partner with Sales Managers on deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and targeted coaching to increase win rates and deal quality
  • Enable Frontline Managers
  • Equip managers with the frameworks and tools they need to coach effectively and drive consistent execution
  • Own Sales Content & Playbooks
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and field resources; translate product messaging into actionable sales narratives
  • Use Data to Drive Impact
  • Analyze performance metrics (win rates, conversion, call quality, tool usage) to continuously improve enablement programs
