Sales Enablement Manager: Remote Role Eligible For Registered States Woodward is seeking an experienced Sales professional to lead our Sales Enablement team. This team is charged with development of sales training, tools and processes to support and improve our sales effectiveness. The role requires sales or sales enablement experience within a B2B environment selling complex, technical products.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales or sales enablement experience.
  • Experience managing Sales Enablement software such as Seismic
  • Experience managing CRM application
  • Experience with development of sales process
  • BS Engineering preferred, BS Business/Marketing required.
  • Experience in B2B technical sales for complex engineered products.
  • Preference for experience in the control system industry, specifically in the area of rotating equipment.

  • Strategic Development: Contributes to the formulation and execution of mechanical engineering strategies, aligning technical solutions with business goals and industry trends.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves unique, highimpact engineering challenges by developing innovative and effective solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Leads and manages highrisk, complex mechanical engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicates sophisticated technical concepts to senior leadership and external partners, influencing decisionmaking and resource allocation.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $102,000 (minimum) - $132,000 (midpoint) - $163,000 (maximum)
