The opportunity We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to take a leading role in defining and executing our sales enablement programs. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into revenue performance and a seat at the table with senior sales and marketing leadership. You’ll partner closely with a global sales organization to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness across the full sales lifecycle, from onboarding and product training to skills development, pre-sales support, and sales technology adoption. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our enablement strategy while continuing to grow your own enablement expertise. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for a wide range of activities spanning rep onboarding, sales training, tool adoption and value realization, custom reporting, and select pre-sales support activities. Success in this role requires detail-oriented thinking, a bias towards action and execution, strong project management skills, and a foundational understanding of sales processes and tools. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a sales-adjacent role with direct exposure to revenue teams
  • Demonstrated ability to own and execute enablement programs across onboarding, product training, and skills development
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and deal dynamics, including pipeline stages, objections, and common points of rep friction
  • Experience designing and delivering sales training, including eLearning or scalable onboarding programs that accelerate time to productivity
  • Ability to translate product, market, and competitive insights into practical messaging, tools, and guidance that sellers actually use
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to sales teams and partnering with senior sales leadership
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our sales enablement strategy, ensuring programs are aligned to revenue goals and sales priorities
  • Design and deliver product and skills training that helps sales reps confidently articulate value, handle objections, and close more deals
  • Lead new rep onboarding, creating scalable programs that accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Support pre-sales efforts by equipping reps with the right messaging, assets, and tools at the right moments
  • Develop and maintain market and competitive intelligence, turning insights into practical sales guidance
  • Support sales technology adoption, best practices, and performance reporting
  • Measure and report on enablement impact, using data to continuously improve programs and demonstrate ROI
  • Act as a trusted partner to sales leadership and reps, working closely with the CRO, VP of Revenue, and individual sellers to understand needs and remove friction
