The Role We are scaling our go-to-market organization rapidly and are hiring our first GTM Enablement hire to build enablement from the ground up. This role will own onboarding and GTM readiness across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partners. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product to ensure our teams can confidently sell, deploy, and expand a complex, enterprise-grade AI platform into some of the most sophisticated buyers in the world. This is a hands-on builder role with significant ownership and visibility. You will be creating structure where none exists, while supporting a rapidly scaling field organization. This role will be foundational to how Rogo grows.
