  • High adaptability, resilience, and comfort with deadline pressure and change.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with conversation intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong) is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a strong record of driving measurable training or enablement outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, instructional design, or customer success/care enablement, ideally tied to revenue or retention outcomes (e.g., ramp time, save rate, churn).

  • Experience supporting technology, telecom, or other B2B sales or customer‑facing teams is a plus.
  • Sales training or methodology certification (e.g., Customer Centric Selling, SPIN Selling) is a plus.
  • Superior organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Self‑motivated, resourceful, and driven to produce measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and deployment of training, sales messaging, playbooks, processes, and tools using ADDIE and Kirkpatrick‑model principles.
  • Support product, plan, and pricing launches by preparing the sales team to understand and sell new or updated solutions, including staged microlearning to reduce cognitive overload.
  • Own foundational and continuous learning programs, including onboarding curriculum, content creation, scheduling, coordination, and live or virtual training delivery.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify skill and knowledge gaps; build targeted coaching programs and manager‑level intervention plans.
  • Utilize conversation intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong) to inform coaching and program design.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting to track training completion, program adoption, and content effectiveness; translate insights into recommendations for sales leadership.
  • Certify and onboard trainers, facilitators, and partner resources through structured evaluation such as panel reviews, technical checks, and teach‑back assessments.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure messaging, processes, and tools remain aligned as offerings evolve.
