Position Summary The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for program-managing revenue-driving sales motions and supporting sales representatives in executing the sales process . This role ensures opportunities progress efficiently and correctly by coordinating resources, managing timelines, enforcing stage discipline, and removing friction from complex sales activities such as demos, RFPs, and executive reviews. This role does not own the customer relationship or the forecast but acts as a force multiplier for Sales by managing the operational and cross-functional aspects of deal execution.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in sales enablement, sales operations, PMO, or deal support roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience working in CRM and document management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to enterprise or regulated sales environments
  • Experience supporting RFP processes

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule product demos with internal teams
  • Track sales stages, required deliverables, and dependencies
  • Maintain deal checklists, trackers, and timelines
  • Assist with RFP and proposal coordination, including: Tracking submission deadlines Gathering and routing inputs from Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance
  • Update and maintain CRM opportunity data
  • Prepare sales reps for internal deal reviews
  • Escalate risks, delays, or missing inputs to senior enablement leaders
  • Maintain standardized execution templates and tools
