About The Position

The Business Markets Learning & Development Analyst is part of the Business Enablement Team and assists with all aspects of training across our organization. The Analyst contributes to & leads in the development, presentation, and evaluation of all training for sales, support, and operations teams. As an Enablement Analyst, the individual also collaborates with other high-level analysts across multiple organizations to help ensure that Business Markets personnel effectively navigate all the dynamics parts of the day-to-day sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Process and detail-oriented with knowledge of training processes related to large commercial sales organizations
  • Motivated with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills including ability to present to senior leadership
  • Ability to successfully work in a hybrid environment including mix of virtual and live presentations
  • Strong project management skills with consistent ability to meet deadlines and achieve assigned metrics
  • Experience using Microsoft M365 Suite, Salesforce, and Adobe Tools
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Experience gained through college-level degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to all listed skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate quality training programs relevant to all Business Markets teams.
  • Maintains online learning program to facilitate training programs and adhere to a curriculum within a hybrid working environment.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness, success, and ROI of all training and development programs.
  • Participate in projects identified for process improvement and enhancement. enhancement.
  • Assist in process improvement and collateral optimization relevant to position based on team and organizational needs
  • Stay updated on nationwide energy market events to assist sales & support teams.
  • Complete all projects in a timely manner ahead of organizational deadlines.
  • Work flexible hours, in a hybrid environment, to support delivery of training which may exceed the typical workday or are scheduled outside of normal working hours.
  • Assists in additional ongoing Enablement Team projects as needed or assigned .
