Within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), the Advisor Recruiting team is responsible for driving the firm’s organic growth by attracting top Financial Advisors across all Wells Fargo Advisors channels. Wells Fargo is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead – Advisor Recruiting & Integration to play a pivotal role in advancing advisor recruiting and onboarding integration by delivering tools, insights, reporting, and content that improve execution across the full recruiting lifecycle. This role will focus on data-driven analysis, go-to-market strategy execution, sales enablement, and integration support, ensuring a seamless transition from recruiting through advisor onboarding and productivity ramp. You will help build a more connected, insight-driven recruiting and integration model across the organization. You will partner closely with recruiting teams, Market Leaders, Branch Managers, and integration stakeholders to enhance outcomes through better use of technology, deeper insights, and consistent execution.
