About The Position

We partner with leading retailers and manufacturers to drive growth through a nationwide field sales network. We are growing and looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Sales Enablement Coordinator to serve as the central hub for our national field sales team. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key role in optimizing sales operations and enabling execution at scale. The Sales Enablement Coordinator will support our national field sales team by ensuring they are equipped, informed, and supported to execute effectively. This role bridges communication between reps and leadership, manages reporting and systems, and drives consistency across sales processes. You’ll play a critical role in improving workflows, supporting onboarding, and enhancing overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems or reporting tools preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for field sales representatives
  • Respond to questions related to orders, systems, and campaigns
  • Route complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Support execution of EBI initiatives and sales campaigns
  • Track representative participation and ensure timely follow-up
  • Help ensure key deadlines and timelines are met
  • Prepare weekly reports and performance updates
  • Pull, organize, and analyze data from internal systems
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support onboarding of new sales representatives
  • Train team members on systems, tools, and processes
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude) where applicable
