The isolved Sales Enablement Consultantwill help execute on the strategy of isolved's Sales Enablement programs The purpose of this role is to provide programmatic support to drive a consistent sales process, training, and tools.The core focus of this position is improving sales productivity to support isolved's sales growth. This position is responsible for specialized training for the needs of reps who are selling into isolved's customer account base, our pre-sales Solution Consultants and our internal Network Sellers. Training will be focused on onboarding, product massaging, deal strategy, sales standards, tools, etc. This position will work closely with sales leaders, our operations teams, other Sales Enablement Consultants and internal stakeholders to design and deliver field content that impacts sales metrics. Additional responsibilities include leveraging field resources in a train-the-trainer approach to help with ILT and virtual facilitation.
