About The Position

This position provides Pricing support, Item Set-up, Maintenance & Management, and researches and solves SBT/Missing Scans issues to support the National Customer Team. The role is responsible for maintaining pricing accuracy in internal and external systems, providing data and analytical support for major corporate selling activities, and executing price increases while ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred, or a combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency.
  • 1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics.
  • DSD experience.
  • Experience working directly with a Customer
  • Strong Project Management acumen.
  • Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of DSD experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in customer tools and syndicated data such as Market 6, IRI and Stratum preferred.
  • Proficient in BBU systems such Margin Miner preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Distribution (BBU Auth Lists, Ocado Sheds, New Item Addition, Auth List Clean-up, Auth List Research)
  • Handle Pre & Post IMF Submission & Communication, Tracking Submissions/Communications (Internal/Customer)
  • Work internally & externally to manage new item submissions while managing existing portfolio
  • Communicate to Field Teams regarding Kompass timing & items being added to auth list
  • Manage Customer SBT (Customer Facing & Internal) including Communication, Research/Validation, Recovery, and Cross Checks
  • Support Conversion of Barcel & HT SBT
  • Support Trade Point Contracts Administration for both Promotion and Everyday Pricing
  • Supports Price Increases Administration
  • Handle Post Audits, Review & Reconcile outstanding post audits needed for AR, and Collect backup as needed
  • Maintain BBU Supplier Data within Customer Portal
  • Act as Key Contact for BBU & Customer
  • Enter/Maintain BBU Bakeries and produced items per bakery
  • Communicate with various BBU Contacts to Track BBU Bakery Locations
  • Add all new items for Kompass to each producing Bakery
  • Ensure Compliance for Customer on Food Safety Compliance and Social Compliance Certificates
  • Update legal documents as needed (W-9, contracts etc.)
  • Ensure Compliance for additional Customer accounts
  • Other duties as assigned
