Russell Cellular is seeking a driven leader to join their team as a Sales - District Sales Manager. This role is responsible for driving sales and profitability in a district of 4 to 8 stores, managing 12 to 36 team members. The current district covers stores in Cedar City-UT, Delta-UT, Ephraim-UT, Nephi-UT, Price-UT, Richfield-UT, and Springville-UT. The District Sales Manager will manage, influence, and support all store-based personnel to achieve company goals, lead, mentor, and coach Wireless Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve Key Performance Indicators, and network, recruit, and train these individuals. The role also involves providing feedback to the Regional Sales Manager and Corporate Office on marketing needs, product development, and pricing, promoting stores, building customer awareness, developing and maintaining knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless services and products, and fostering strong relationships with Verizon personnel. The manager must be capable of performing job duties of all positions in the reporting chain as needed.
