About The Position

In this pivotal role, the Sales Distribution Coordinator will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying and capturing leads to fuel our growth. Route and track incoming opportunities to the appropriate Sales Manager and provide Delphi support, including data input and report generation, as required.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or university in hospitality management or similar disciplines preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Administrative experience preferably for a luxury, large-scale resort preferred
  • Prior experience using Delphi or a similar sales system preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the distribution of incoming leads for the Sales enterprise, to include Group, Social, Restaurant, Catering, and Social
  • Accurately track and distribute incoming leads into the Sales office via various channels, including but not limited to, web inquiries, Cvent, LVCVA, by phone and email
  • Route leads in a timely manner in order to ensure that customer requests are responded to within the service level timeline for each incoming lead
  • Monitor lead volume of each Sales Manager and re-route leads as needed
  • Initiate contact with leads to pre-determine their needs and to ensure proper distribution
  • Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date lead database, documenting interactions and relevant information for future reference and analysis
  • Work closely with the sales team to seamlessly transfer leads and pertinent information
  • Perform other administrative assistant responsibilities as needed (e.g. contract generation, manager opportunity turnover, capture voicemail messages, etc.) as directed by supervisor
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
