Requirements

  • Proven experience as a dispatcher, in customer service, or in a sales role (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in using computers, email clients, and scheduling software.
  • Familiarity with the geographical layout of the DMV area is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to read maps and create efficient driving routes for technical staff.
  • A positive, self-motivated outlook, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries effectively.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians/drivers to job sites while optimizing route plans for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and job records in our database.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm service satisfaction and manage appointments.
  • Identify and generate sales leads, and contribute to closing sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and provide timely updates to team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Execute general administrative duties including filing, managing emails, and preparing reports as assigned.
