About The Position
Avista Senior Living has a remarkable opportunity for an exceptional sales professional to join our team as the DIRECTOR OF SALES for our assisted living & memory care community in Yuma, AZ. In this role, you will meet and speak with prospective new residents and their loved ones as they search for the right senior living community. Requirements
- Previous work experience in senior living
- Results and goal driven.
- Previous experience in marketing & sales, 5+ years.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computers systems and programs.
- Organization and diligence in creative follow-up prospects.
Responsibilities
- Generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.
- Working closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.
- Achieving budgeted occupancy targets.
- Creating trust and connecting with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
- Implementing ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
- Working together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community.
