The Sales Director will lead and develop a growing sales organization within a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This individual will be responsible for managing team performance, driving accountability, and executing strategic initiatives that support revenue growth across multiple service lines. The role blends hands-on team leadership with direct input into go-to-market strategy, making it well suited for a high-performing sales manager ready to take the next step in their career. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has been successful leading a sales team and is looking to step into their first director-level role; someone who is ready to move from purely tactical execution toward shaping the broader sales organization. Preferred location is the Twin Cities metro area to facilitate in-person collaboration with the team. Remote candidates will be considered with the understanding that semi frequent travel to work hands on with the team may be required. Team Overview This role leads a team of 7 sales professionals based primarily in our Edina, MN office: 2 Outside Sales Representatives 2 Hybrid Account Manager / New Business Acquisition Representatives 1 Account Manager / vCIO 2 Order Coordinators Compensation Compensation for this position is expected to be a base salary of $120,000.00 - 130,000.00 annually with a performance-based bonus structure. OTE potential is anticipated to be up to $160,000.00 - 180,000.00 per year including base salary and OTE earnings potential.
