Requirements

  • Experience as a sales leader with a history of coaching and developing sales reps
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Comfort working in the field and leading by example
  • Highly competitive, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills

  • Experience in residential sales, roofing, or home services

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring residential representatives
  • Establishing clear targets and closely monitoring both individual and team performance
  • Conducting field coaching sessions and ride-alongs
  • Continually refining processes and scripts to improve close rates
  • Ensuring accountability through diligent KPI tracking and pipeline management
  • Collaboration with the production team for effective project handoff
  • Fostering a competitive, growth-oriented team culture
  • Leading by example, focusing on producing results personally while simultaneously coaching others toward high achievement
