We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to identify and acquire high-potential new clients across Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, and Consumer Services verticals. This role will be instrumental in scaling go-to-market (GTM) sales motions for PE portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will develop a strong AI-services led sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and deal closure. Experience collaborating with leading ISV partners like Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, Boomi, Workato, Databricks etc., and PE portfolio companies to drive joint GTM sales motions is crucial. You will create and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, working collaboratively with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor, and staying updated on industry trends are key aspects of this role. You will also provide feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and value propositions, and track and report on sales performance metrics.
