About The Position

Lead the Momentum As Sales Director, you’ll drive occupancy and revenue by turning interest into confident move-ins—while keeping the experience warm, clear, and resident-first. You’ll own the sales pipeline end-to-end, build referral relationships, and keep performance humming through sharp forecasting and follow-through.

Requirements

• Senior-level sales leadership experience (healthcare/senior living a plus)
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Comfort with CRM tracking, metrics, and goal-based execution
• High integrity, empathy, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiry flow, tours, follow-ups, and conversions
• Grow referral networks with hospitals, rehab partners, and community groups
• Track leads, report results, and adjust strategy to hit targets
• Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
