About The Position

R+L Carriers is actively seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Regional Director of Sales at our Chicago IL Service Center. Primary areas of responsibility include revenue forecasting & generation, monitoring revenue results, preparing/issuing incentive reports, budget preparation, implementation and monitoring, and proper staffing, education/training, and assisting operations and/or administration as needed. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position requires up to 50% travel on a recurring basis.

Requirements

  • Must be computer literate with Windows, Excel and CRM exp
  • Proven experience leading a sales team

Nice To Haves

  • Operations knowledge preferred
  • LTL Sales Management experience is strongly preferred
