This is a remote (U.S. based) position however regular travel within the assigned territory is required to support client meetings, relationship building, and business development. The Sales Director is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Revive’s market presence within a defined territory. This role focuses on building and managing a strong sales pipeline, developing strategic relationships with brokers and consultants, and partnering with prospective clients through a consultative sales approach. The Sales Director plays a key role in achieving revenue targets and supporting organizational growth by delivering tailored solutions within the healthcare and employee benefits landscape.
