About The Position

This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding strategic partnerships across global markets, including the US, EMEA, and APAC. You will own high-impact customer relationships while shaping and executing sales strategies in a highly technical, fast-evolving industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, with strong domain knowledge in semiconductors or silicon IP.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully growing key customer accounts.
  • Experience selling complex technologies such as interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales forecasting methodologies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional and global sales strategies to drive revenue growth, bookings, and long-term market penetration.
  • Manage and grow strategic customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build, forecast, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and emerging market needs.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align customer feedback with roadmap priorities and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support new product launches by contributing market insights, positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and customer signals to continuously refine commercial strategy.
  • Operate effectively across global regions and time zones, ensuring consistent execution and communication.
