The US Sales Director is responsible for driving the adoption of CRFS’s RFeye ecosystem (hardware, software, and APIs) across the North American market. You will lead business development for mission-critical applications including signal intelligence (SIGINT), technical surveillance counter-measures (TSCM), and drone detection. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of how RF technology integrates into US Defense (DoD), intelligence, and federal law enforcement operations.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: 10+ years of technical sales experience in RF/Microwave, Electronic Warfare (EW), or SIGINT industries.
  • Security Clearance: Must currently hold or be eligible for a US Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent military experience in EW/Comm).
  • Deep RF Knowledge: Mastery of spectrum analyzers, receivers, antennas, and signal processing.
  • Understanding the nuances of "low SWaP" (Size, Weight, and Power) for drone-mounted or man-portable systems.
  • Network: Existing relationships within the US Army, Navy, Air Force, or federal spectrum management agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and execute the US market entry and expansion strategy for CRFS’s ruggedized RF sensors and geolocation arrays.
  • Government & Defense Liaison: Act as the lead point of contact for major US defense primes (e.g., Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman) and government agencies (DoD, DHS, FCC).
  • Technical Consultation: Conduct high-level demonstrations of RFeye Site and RFeye Mission Manager, explaining complex geolocation methodologies (TDoA, AoA) to technical stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value contracts, from identifying federal grant/funding opportunities to final site acceptance testing.
  • Collaboration with Cambridge (UK): Liaise with the Engineering and Product Management teams in Cambridge to ensure product roadmaps align with specific US regulatory and military standards (e.g., MIL-STD, NIST).
