This is an exempt position with a base salary range of $110,000-$130,000 + uncapped commission. The role involves driving new business growth, achieving or exceeding sales quotas through new client acquisition within an assigned territory, and building and managing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. The Sales Director will effectively communicate Assembly Health’s value proposition to executive-level decision-makers at Private Practices and/or Physician run organizations. This role requires territory ownership and strategy development, consultative, solution-based selling, cross-functional collaboration, accurate forecasting and reporting, and industry expertise.
