About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Director to help us build sustainable growth. The role will be hybrid, based in Toronto.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in executive leadership, sales, or consulting within Industrial and supply chain domains.
  • Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar sales and business growth.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge in digital transformation, banking or insurance industries and emerging technologies.
  • Great negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle accountability for a portfolio of financial services clients in Toronto, with a primary focus on building and converting a strong top-of-funnel pipeline into revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute proactive business development strategies, including targeted outreach, executive engagement, and industry-driven campaigns to penetrate Tier 1 banks and insurers.
  • Generate and qualify new opportunities by aligning Levio’s service offerings (digital, data, cloud, and AI) with client priorities, positioning the firm as a trusted partner in large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Lead complex deal orchestration, coordinating internal teams (partners, delivery, SMEs) and external stakeholders to shape, propose, and close high-value consulting engagements.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of AI and emerging technologies, translating trends (e.g., generative AI, automation, advanced analytics) into tangible business value propositions for financial services clients.
  • Build and maintain C-level client relationships, strengthening Levio’s market presence in Toronto’s financial services ecosystem and driving repeat business and account expansion.
