Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
Must have experience working with Walmart. Beauty experience preferred.
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a sales-focused role with a track record of growing businesses.
In-depth knowledge of marketing/sales techniques and best practices.
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate staff to improve sales/customer relationships.
Design and implement strategic plans to deliver growth ambition.
Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
Work with customer to better understand their business needs and goals.
Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Build strategic plans to deliver accelerated growth.
Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
Drive E-Commerce Acceleration and Activation.
Develop on-going funnel of growth drivers.
