About The Position
Paybility Financial is expanding and seeking driven, entrepreneurial Sales Directors in specific markets. This role offers the opportunity to lead, sell, and grow a team while building long-term residual income in the merchant services industry. It is a performance-driven role with unlimited earning potential through commissions and team performance, featuring an industry-leading commission structure and lifetime vesting on residual income.
Requirements
- Experience in merchant services, payment processing, or B2B sales (preferred)
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a big plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed
- Comfortable working independently and owning your results
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by connecting with small to mid-sized companies
- Build and manage your own pipeline of high-potential clients
- Close merchant service deals that create lasting value
- Support and mentor a team of sales reps as they grow
- Share winning strategies and help your team level up
- Play a key role in expanding our footprint in your region, but supporting recruiting efforts in your area
