About The Position

Paybility Financial is expanding and seeking driven, entrepreneurial Sales Directors in specific markets. This role offers the opportunity to lead, sell, and grow a team while building long-term residual income in the booming merchant services industry. It's a performance-driven role with unlimited earning potential through commissions, team performance, and residual income with lifetime vesting.

Requirements

• Experience in merchant services, payment processing, or B2B sales (preferred)
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a big plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed
• Comfortable working independently and owning your results

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by connecting with small to mid-sized companies.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of high-potential clients.
• Close merchant service deals that create lasting value.
• Support and mentor a team of sales reps as they grow.
• Share winning strategies and help your team level up.
• Play a key role in expanding our footprint in your region, but supporting recruiting efforts in your area.
