About The Position

Jet Aviation is a global leader in aviation services, with a history dating back to 1967. The company offers a wide range of services including Aircraft Management, Aircraft Sales, Charter, Completions, Government Services, FBO, Fixed and Rotary Wing Maintenance, and Staffing. This position focuses on driving sales growth within the Staffing services division, specifically targeting new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals across four Staffing offerings. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic sales execution.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 7 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Strong ability to close complex deals, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value of complex products/services to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate through challenges in the sales process.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • College degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

  • Pilots license or significant experience with a general aviation manufacturer beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target new clients, grow existing accounts, and achieve sales goals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with key influencers and vendors that align with the company’s brand values and business growth goals, driving revenue through new lead generation, repeat business, and network expansion to enhance sales performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through to closing and post-sales follow-up, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and client needs.
  • Track and report on sales performance against targets, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and challenges.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network.
