As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for the strategy, performance, and development of the sales team in the GTA and surrounding regions. What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience” Leadership & Team Management Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Account Executives. Ensure individual and collective performance by setting clear and measurable goals. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to ensure communication, development, and continuous improvement. Enforce internal policies, promote Convergint values, and maintain a collaborative and service-oriented work environment. Sales Development & Strategy Develop a business plan and regional strategy to achieve sales and profitability goals. Create, manage, and optimize opportunity generation plans to maintain a strong sales pipeline. Identify and penetrate new markets, develop new opportunities, and innovate in customer approaches. Sales & Operations Support Assist Account Executives in preparing and presenting proposals and RFPs. Work with the team to provide competitive pricing while maintaining optimal margins. Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and other internal functions to ensure flawless project execution. Actively participate in customer meetings, industry events, and partner activities to support sales development. Administrative Management & Forecasting Track, analyze, and improve the accuracy of sales forecasts. Effectively manage the budget related to regional activities. Ensure that customers are informed of new products, services, and price changes. Maintain a professional image and promote Convergint services at all times.
