This individual will serve as both a commercial leader and brand ambassador, ensuring the business expands thoughtfully while maintaining the integrity, storytelling, and creative vision at the heart of the brand. This role requires a balance of strategic sales leadership and operational execution. The Sales Director will develop and execute wholesale strategy, build and maintain relationships with high-end boutique retailers, and oversee the planning and execution of trunk shows. In close partnership with the Founder, CEO, and cross-functional teams, this leader will help evolve the brand from a growing creative business into a commercially disciplined, globally recognized luxury house.
